En sanskrit, « Yugma » (युग्म) signifie « paire » ou « duo ». Il représente le concept de deux entités se réunissant pour former un tout harmonieux, symbolisant l'équilibre et l'unité.
Yugma Yoga combinons la philosophie yogique, le Tantra et les Agamas avec des rituels chamanique d'Amérique Latine pour offrir un chemin unique vers la reconnexion avec soi-même et les autres.
Le Tantra est souvent perçu comme une pratique sexuelle en Occident, alors qu'il s’agit en réalité d’une discipline spirituelle profonde qui explore l’interdépendance de la vie et de la conscience.
Lors de notre retraite, nous plongerons dans l'origine du Tantra afin de comprendre d'où cette pratique prend sa source. À travers des exercices poétiques, nous renforcerons la confiance mutuelle et nous reconnecterons à notre corps, découvrant la beauté des liens subtils qui nous unissent.
